On Saturday, March 29, former Boyd County High School standout Jacob Vanover’s current college team, the Morehead State Eagles, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Eastern Illinois Panthers.

The game took place at John “Sonny” Allen Field. This was their second matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at John “Sonny” Allen Field against Eastern Illinois Panthers.
