Building Improvement Grant Programs Open
The City of Maysville is launching a building improvement grant program for both residential property in the city and commercial properties in both the downtown Maysville and Washington historic districts.
City will be offering both commercial and residential improvement grants. Some eligible improvements include windows, fire safety, electrical, plumbing, façade work, storefront improvements, signage, cornice/roof repair, or a combination of repairs.
