Tuesday, November 8 is General Election Day in Kentucky. Polls are open in Carter County between 6am and 6pm EST. Moderate turnout is expected, so plan for average wait times. Remember, you must be in line to vote at or before 6pm in order to be allowed to cast your ballot. Normal polling locations are open all across Carter County.
